Exercise Recommendations for Functional Fitness:

  • Functional Fitness is based on Vern Gambetta's Functional Training Method

  • Functional Fitness works only as an interrelated series of exercises.

  • You will develop the core muscles with a balanced systematic approach.

  • The program can be tailored to all fitness levels.

  • The cost is minimal and all exercises can be done at the gym or at home.

  • Certain conditions may prevent you from participating...check with Dr. Reed or Dr. Kohler to see if this program is right for you.

  • Expect to be a little sore in the beginning.

  • This program is a minimum of six weeks long.

  • You will notice improved balance, stability, strength, speed and overall performance by the end of the second week.
