Exercise Recommendations for Functional Fitness:
Functional Fitness is based on Vern Gambetta's Functional Training Method
Functional Fitness works only as an interrelated series of exercises.
You will develop the core muscles with a balanced systematic approach.
The program can be tailored to all fitness levels.
The cost is minimal and all exercises can be done at the gym or at home.
Certain conditions may prevent you from participating...check with Dr. Reed or Dr. Kohler to see if this program is right for you.
Expect to be a little sore in the beginning.
This program is a minimum of six weeks long.
You will notice improved balance, stability, strength, speed and overall performance by the end of the second week.
